Supporting SARA
Animal Sanctuary

Animal Sanctuary.jpg

My husband Aaron and I are vegan. We strongly believe in the welfare of animals, particularly farm animals who are abused in the name of "feeding the public". As a thriving vegan, we know that it is unnecessary and inhumane to kill animals simply because people enjoy the "flavor".

We support SARA Animal Sanctuaries and want to show appreciation to donors who help the SARA Sanctuary help animals find their way to a happier life. As owners of a Fine Art Portrait & Paint Studio, we are offering Gift Certificates to our studio at a discount.

Additionally, 25% of your portrait purchase will go to the SARA Animal Sanctuary.  This important support will help them provide for more and more animals as need arises.

Support SARA Sanctuary and receive a timeless gift

We would love to give you a gift for supporting these sanctuaries. A show of appreciation for helping us make a change in the world. Helping us give a happier life to so many who deserve it.

And we will give you a Gift Certificate for a fully-guided studio portrait session and an 11x14" Legacy Portrait on Canvas with Lavish Artistry.

A Unique Shelter for All Animals

Nestled in the beautiful pastures and wooded scrub brush of picturesque Guadalupe County, Society for Animal Rescue & Adoption, or SARA, is home to nearly 750 rescued animals of all kinds.  Created in March of 1996, SARA is celebrating over 20 years of hard work, rescue, and dedication to those who have no voice of their own.

Come out and breathe the fresh country air and spend the day volunteering and getting to know our animal friends.  Meet the donkeys and horses, hang out with friendly pigs, take a nature hike and you’re likely to see many different kinds of wildlife and migratory birds.   Get up close and personal with our happy cows, or do all of the above!

SARA has many wonderful dogs and cats just waiting for that forever home.  Warning, you may leave with a new best friend!

We are located between Austin and San Antonio, just outside of nearby Seguin and rely upon your tax-deductible charitable donations to operate.  We receive no government support.

Visitors are welcome by appointment.  Please contact us to schedule a time to come out and share a wonderful experience you’re not likely to forget."
